As an Oahu Photographer, I've compiled a list of my personal top 5 elopement photography locations on this tropical paradise. Let's dive in!

1. West Oahu: Paradise Cove Public Beach

Getting married at Paradise Cove Public Beach on Oahu offers as a great choice for your wedding or elopement ceremony. The stunning ocean views and soft sandy beaches create a memorable setting that couples and guests alike will cherish. If you want a convenient view of sunset that isn't direclty in Waikiki go here. Things to note are it's limited parking, works best if you are staying at the Four Seasons or the Disney Aulani Resort and can just walk over or take a short uber. There is a nearby paid parking lot that is about a 5-10 minute walk that always has spots as a backup. That being said, it is a popular beach so if you are looking for a more private experience it might be better to consider a morning ceremony. It is more frequently empty in the mornings.

2. Windward Side: Kualoa Regional Park

The park is renowned for its stunning views of the Koʻolau Mountain Range and its expansive, lush green landscapes, providing a picturesque backdrop for wedding ceremonies. Couples can exchange vows with the majestic mountains as their backdrop on one side and an ocean at the other side. The park's expansive grounds offer ample space for both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations, accommodating various wedding setups and activities. The greenery and tropical flora of the area provide a natural and serene setting, ideal for intimate gatherings or larger weddings. Tantalus also offers cooler temperatures compared to lower elevations in other parts of the island, making it a comfortable choice for outdoor ceremonies, particularly during warmer months. The secluded and peaceful atmosphere of Tantalus allows couples to exchange vows in a private and tranquil environment, away from the crowds and noise of the city. Did I mention there is plenty of parking? Overall, Tantalus on Oahu presents couples with a breathtaking location that represents the beauty and essence of Honolulu, Hawaii.
